My Fairphone app stops working - FP4

Hi, there is already a discussion about this problem:

MyFairphone app

When trying to open the “My Fairphone” App, I get (in Dutch) “Failed to download data. Please check your network connection”. Is this because I haven’t logged in into Google on this phone? Thanks!
