When I want to submit an issue to Fairphone support I get the error as seen below. I already tried a clear data+cache, but that didn’t work. Can someone replicate this?
Maybe your maximum number of open tickets has been reached? 
No, sorry, just joking! Don’t know the reason and don’t have the app on my custom rom…! 
It could’ve been the case 
But via the web it works fine. The app has issues every now and then. But it’s improving.
It occasionally happens to me and then it magically fixes itself after a while. I didn’t really find any pattern to it and gave up. I just use the web version to submit tickets.
