I have a FP4 updated, with os Android 13.
My fairphone app doesn’t work for a fews months now. It shows just white screen and the logo.
I already tried to update it using play store, with no result. It shows me log in screnn and after i log , It got stuck on the boot screen again!
I have done also a research in this forum with no suceess
Any suggestion?

Ciao. Ho un FP4 aggiornato all’ultimo sistema operativo ( Android 13). L’app “my fairphone” non va, si blocca alla schermata di avvio. Ho provato ad aggiornarla già via google play: ho avuto così la possibilità d’inserire nuovamente le mie credenziali, senza però poi poter procedere oltre.
Ho cercato anche qui nel forum senza risultati.

Yes it seems that way lately. But try to clear the cash and then force stop the settings. Sometimes that even helps. If not its more likely a bug. That force stop feature really comes in handy from time to time.
Hey I just thought of something. Are you by chance using a vpn. Some websites have been known to block me from accessing a website if the vpn is active. The only way to fix this is to turn off the vpn connection entirely. Gamestop and straight talk come to mind that do just that. That may be your issue here.
Thats the App version. System version is under settings-about the phone- build number, however app version seem to be up to date on the FP4. Maybe deactivate the app, reboot the system, activate the app and reboot again before you try to open the app. If all fails, you might have to wait for an update or get im contact with FP support.
