Hi, when I connect my Fairphone4 via a Fairphone USB Cableit showed no data.
I tried several cables and I also tried the suggestion of the blog entry “Fairphone 4 doesnt connect to my PC, Which drivers do I need?” I still can’t see my data on the phone. Does anyone know what to do so I can transfer data (Signal back-up) to my PC?
When you connect your phone to the computer, you have to set the phone to “File transfer” by swiping down from the top and tapping the “Charging” notification. Then you can change the connection mode from “Charging” to “File transfer".
