People dont hear me if I call “normal” calls, they only hear me if I use speaker/headphones or whatsapp. Is one of the microphones broken? Can I repair it? Or is there something else I can do?
Worked last week, so its a new issue.
Did you try the hardware check to find out whether all microphones are working?
* Open the Phone app.
* Dial *#*#2886#*#* in the same way you enter a phone number to make a phone call. Once the last character is introduced, the Service Menu appears.
* Select Manu.

I don’t have a FP5, so someone else might jump in and guide you to the right menu.
Easier and more explanation from the My Fairphone app. Else select Manu, Mic, and scratch on thr Mic holes

Thank you. Tested microphones both via the “call” (Manu /Audio) and in the app: they don’t work so contacted support.
