I want to buy an FairPhone 3+ with /e/. My question is “Fairphone 3 is compatible with MHL (micro-USB to HDMI) ?”.

No, it isn’t, it not even has a micro-USB connector.

I was curious too if the FP3 has the capability and also looked into HDMI alt-mode / DisplayPort alt-mode. For a list of devices able to do display mirroring via cable, see
