Manual Update to Fairphone OS version 0025.0 failing on FP3+

Hello, I am attempting to manually install the newest security update for Android 11 on my FP3+, using this guide:

I am using the update-file
FP3-8901.4.A.0025.0-gms-b182be55-user-ota-from-8901.4.A.0023.0-manual-sideload.zip

Unfortunately, the process fails with the Error “footer is wrong”:

But i only see the link there from 0025 to 0026. Does anyone have the link for the update from 0023 to 0025?
