Malfunction of Secondary Microphone?

Hi, I can still make phone calls, however the quality is bad as my counterparts report. I cannot make any recordings on telegram or WhatsApp anymore so I tried the diagnosis of the microphones. While I can hear myself rather clear at the primary microphone I get echoes and strange noises testing the secondary phone.

Would you agree that this is not normal and that i should replace the module? Or is there any other issue?

If there is a Fairphone Angel near you, you could still try to cross test if the malfunction disappears with a different top module.
