Trying to revert from Android 11 to 10 so I can install Ubuntu Touch (UT) on Fairphone 3 (FP3)

From the README.txt in the 7z download:

### Linux

`flash_fp3.sh` is a symlink pointing to `flash_fp3.command`.
Both can be launched from the command line.

So in substance the .command file covers both Linux and Mac, and the empty .sh file is just a link to it and can be used to start the .command file.
