Lack of ANC customization of profiles and Ambient strength

At the moment the app doesn’t allow any customization of the profiles. For example, maybe you want to go automatically into Ambient mode, but not at full 100%, maybe at 70%. Or maybe you want 30% Ambient sound when at the office. Having these profiles and customization will be a quality of life feature because at the moment it’s quite binary while this technology could be used better when it’s user customizable.

Below is a screenshot of the Jabra app which allows you to configure these things. HearThrough is the Ambient mode for Jabra.

I reported the issue and it was forwarded to the product team.

Just being able to start in off-mode per default would be huge for me. And a quicker/customizable indication sound (eg “bong”, “brrrng”, “bing” instead of “noise cancelling”, “ambient sound”, " noise cancelling, off"). As it is, if there’s a sudden wind when I’m out walking I’m missing a good 20s of my podcast, which is probably the worst thing that ever happened to anyone.
