My Phone isn`t working properly since the november update. Coma, no data-transfer via USB, several reboots a day - but I can´t shut down the phone on purpose. I´ve contacted the “support” (a joke) several times and they answered not a single time. My ticket today was closed within a minute. This is very disappointing. This was my third phone, but it seems to be the last one
