is there anyone working at Fairphone support? I send a ticket a month ago and did not get an response yet. Same on Facebook. Multiple messages and nobody replied.
Are they still alive?

They have a huge backlog. If you have a very urgent issue it’s best to call them.
Also please use the search function of the forum (little magnifying glass in the top right) next time.
Searching for “support” would have answered your question.
