Is Italy receiving Fairphones?

Hi everybody. I’m new to the Fairphone community.

I would like to buy a new Fairphone3 and I live in Italy. I noticed the following strange information on deliveries. If I set my country to be Italy and my language to be Italian, I’m redirected here Ritardi in Italia dovuti al virus Covid-19 – Support in which it says that at the moment there are no delivery possibilities in Italy due to Coronavirus crisis.

On the other hand, if I set the country to be Italy but the language to be English, it says “Delivered within 1-2 weeks”. So, it appears there are different information. I would like to know which one is more realistic. If I cannot receive my Fairphone in a reasonable time I will wait to do the order. That’s why I ask.

As this is a community forum and not the company, you should probably ask Fairphone support directly … https://support.fairphone.com/hc/en-us.

Unless somebody from Italy here can confirm that they indeed ship to Italy now.

I had an answer from the company support. They took a while but then they replied that the delivery to Italy is open again.
Maybe this could be helpful for all the Italians having the same issue.
