Is Fairphone Open OS or Lineage OS better?

I would like to know which operating system is better. Which works better? Which has worked better? Which do you prefer?

Is Lineage totally free? And Fairphone Open OS?

I am a user who does not use Google Services. I just need microG services.

I would install Lineage with microG or Fairphone Open OS.

Can you install the microG services in Fairphone Open OS? Would they work well?
