I’m migrating form iPhoneX to FP4eos. Prefer to do it via cable. Unlike the tutorial to which the FP website links, explains, there doesn’t appear a button that says Copy apps & data (step 4). Means that I cannot proceed with the migration. Does anybody have an idea where to find the button or how to overcome this issue?

Welcome to the Fairphone community.
As you are not using the Fairphone software on your device, but /e/OS, I would not expect that you can follow the manuals here.
Did you check the Murena /e/OS support pages?
