Inverted, negativ colors at the screen?

All at once all my screens at the phone have inverted colors. I don’t know how and why it happened and how to switch back to the usual ‘positive’ colors. I am not sure whether it has to do with the used LineageOS.
Any ideas?

  1. Einstellungen (Settings) - Bedienungshilfen (Accessibility) - Farbumkehr (Colour inversion) … turn it off.

  2. Einstellungen (Settings) - Bedienungshilfen (Accessibility) - Farbkorrektur (Colour correction) … turn it off.

  3. Einstellungen (Settings) - Display - LiveDisplay - Bildschirmmodus (Display mode) … turn it off.

  4. Einstellungen (Settings) - Display - LiveDisplay - Farbkalibrierung (Calibrate onscreen colours) … set all colours to 100%

In case of success with any of these … all credit goes to this thread.
