I seem only able to use wifi calling on my primary sim, see screenshots below, suggestions welcome

Which phone do you use? From your profile:

Fairphone: I do not own a Fairphone (yet)

Those settings depend on the provider, not all support the Fairphone even when they allow wifi calling in general.
