Hello
I have an extra camera module that I want to interchange for a micro/charger module.
It has never been used an it perfectly worked when I tested far time ago. I could assembly it and send pictures or whatever test that anyone interested.

While I myself don’t need any FP2 spares, you might want to clarify for others:

Is it an 8 MP camera module or is it a 12 MP camera module (most easily recognizable by the white horizontal bar in the middle).

Frankly, if it’s an 8 MP one, it would be a very unequal trade and I don’t think your chances would be good then. Fully functional FP2 bottom modules are just too scarce while 8 MP camera modules can easily be had, often free.
