The idea was just to ping you who were involved in this post. Do you know of a way to get such design information from Fairphone’s tech people? “What is below the black plastic plate (PCB) and how to get the PCB fixed to the screen again?”
The connector is not the issue.
Finally it was not the solution 
I bought another screen and the problem remains…

Tight now I put some paper between the backcover near the screen connector.
If it does not solve the issue in longer term, I will probably try to cook my mainboard sometime.
