I can't submit my support request. Is Zendesk blocking TOR?

I’d very much like to be able to call someone or email someone. The support request I filed last week did not get any response. I wonder if it actually got through, as zendesk seems to be blocking even the support form for me now. I think it might have to do something with TOR, but I’m not getting the regular cloudflare block or anything, so I’m not sure.

My warranty expires in a couple of days, so I’d really like to have a response very soon.

Is there an email address I can mail or something?
