I cant seem to activate the Right fairbud

I have just acquired fairbuds. The left bud is working fine but i can’t seem to get the right one to come to life- and suggestions?

Just two spontaneous thoughts and things to try:

  • Put both earbuds back into the case and try again (you might want to take out the “mute” earbud first on your next attempt)
  • Check (using the Fairbuds app) if both earbuds have enough battery charge.

thank you i have put them on charge and will try again later
