I can't pickup my phone when someone calls me

Hi everyone,

Since a few days I can’t pickup the phonemail If someone calls. I can hear he ringtone and/or buzz but the screen says off so I can’t click the green button. I need to wait until the caller ands his call and then I get the message of a missed call. I can call back. But I want to be able to answer to a call again.

It seems that this problem requires that you check and perhaps correct

Settings > Apps > Phone

making sure the phone app still has permission to show notifications, as sometimes it seems to lose that
