My phone works fine, apart from when I try to answer calls. I do not get a choice of green or red buttons, just continuous concentric circles. Hence, my calls go to voicemail and I have to call people bqack. Any ideas please?
That is the general setting.
You have to touch the middle of the circles. Then you get three options:
answer call - move your finger to the right
do not answer call - move your finger to the left
do not answer call and send caller a text message - move your finger to the top
Just try.
