I am in Kenya,and it seems they don’t ship such products to Africa
That would have been a valuable information for your opening post 
Edit: Vireo.de is shipping worldwide, but I can’t say whether they are shipping batteries to Kenia. But maybe worth a try.

I am in TZ, so I know your struggle!
Even though I have never been ordering electronic parts trough post, I have received other packages from germany, and I found it quite unreliable and slow.
If I need parts for my FP3, I usually wait, until I hear from anybody coming from europe, so they can bring the part with them. That worked well for me so far, even though that might mean, I have to wait a long time.
I do have a spare battery here, but it is pretty bad (hence I replaced it…). If you are interested (maybe yours is completely unusable?), maybe we can arrange something.
