How to use personal host files in Adaway

Hello i have downloaded adaway on my android device for blocking ads. i have already root my android device and the app is working fine. My problem is that i have create a personal host file for the app which includes custom white list and black list. How can i replace it with the default host file?

The personal lists are empty by default, so simply remove everything in the list to get back to default.
