My example:
I’m currently using an FP4. My method is to have a protective case custom-made for an FP4 battery, so I can carry a spare battery in my pocket for protection against drops, impacts, water, etc.
I’ve traveled in Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Vietnam, and Singapore without any problems. (I carry 3 batteries, and the airlines fully allow them.)
And I don’t need any power bank or screwdriver at all. Since FP batteries are generally difficult to use with the connectors of commercially available chargers, I bought another second-hand FP4, removed the cameras and some unnecessary modules to reduce its weight, and use it as an external charger for the spare battery. When I going out, I can leave a depleted battery at the hotel or a rest stop and charge it at the same time using the other FP4 phone (1 battery charging externally, 1 carried in my pocket as a spare, and 1 being used in the phone), without having to spend extra time charging. I can quickly rotate and replace depleted batteries like passing a baton in a relay race, with absolutely no battery anxiety.
