How to retouch pictures?

Dear all,

I haven’t found any way to retouch the pictures except from using photo google. Is there any other way?

There’re apps like Adobe’s Lightroom and Google’s Snapseed.

There’re lots of others but I’m unsure what level of photoshopping you’re after.

Thanks. I did install Snapseed which helps. I find the saving a bit tedious though. Mainly when I just want to overwrite the picture and that to save it automatically in Photo Google for example.
