When you click on “log in”, you are returned to the home page.
Just don’t log in. For the chat you don’t need to log in.
Try another browser.
Probably a cookies issue: try an Incognito/ Private browsing tab/ window, and if that works, clear cookies.
I’m getting there again, there must have been a temporary bug.

I wanted to log in to see the status of my 4 open tickets (for 4 completely different subjects, I assure you).
I recently received an automated email telling me that my oldest ticket (1 month old) was still pending processing.
My experience has been bad. I got into contact over chat eventually but an official form was never answered even after 2 months. My problem has also not been solved though and they respond very slowly…if they respond at all.
