How to get certified? (Where is the tutorial?)

The forum software has just been updated and the first thing I noticed were new badges, e.g. one called Certified which you are supposed to get “upon successful completion of the interactive new user tutorial.”

Did anybody find that tutorial yet?

PS: There is also supposed to be an advanced tutorial.
