How do I make a factory reset of my Fairphone True Wireless Stereo Earbuds?
One of the buds are not working. Bought them about a month ago.

Thank you. Iwas looking for a harder reset, because I already followed the steps given in your link, but I solved the problem by “forgetting” the unit in my bluetooth settings and then repairing. Et voila!

Wow, so far I always regarded the “open case etc.” approach as the “hard” reset and unpairing/“forgetting” in the system settings as the “soft” one 
Anyway, I had one of the buds (not always the same) not picking up sound every now and then, too (I did not know the open case reset back then). Strangely, this seems to not have happened anymore for quite a while now (I bought mine in October 2021).
