How To Enable Dark Mode Everywhere Like In Battery Saver Mode

Dark Mode cannot be enabled literally everywhere, but there is an option that is a step into that direction. Find more here:

On my FP3, I tried to set “Display” > “Device theme” to “Dark” in the settings, but unfortunately everything (especially the menu) is still using bright colors. Has anybody succeeded in enabling the dark mode?
