Hi !
I love the FP4, except one thing : if I call someone (or receive a call) and I don’t use the speaker, my ear will mess up with the touch screen. Previously I had a Nexus 5 and a HTC-11 Life and I had never experienced this issue.
Is there a way to deactivate the touchscreen during a call ?
Thanks a lot !

Usually pressing the POWER button should black out the screen and stop touch sensitivity.
(Just make sure “Power button ends call” is deactivated in Settings > Accessibility)
However, the screen should actually do this by itself through “recognizing” your ear through the proximity sensor. Dial * # * # 2 8 8 6 # * # * for many hardware tests – you can test the proximity sensor here as well.
