How to change the owned FPs in the user profile?

How can I change this

to “Fairphone: 2 / 3+” ?

And by the way, I bougth the FP2 in 2017 and got it delivered around end of August. So, I´m not really eligible for the “6 years of Fairphone 2” badge, yet.

I got my FP3 in spring 2020 and the camera module (3+) sometime in autumn.
