How do I unblock someone I didn't block!

Can anyone help in unblocking a contact please that I didn’t block? Many thanks.

Hi,
you should open the “Contacts” app and select the contact, then click on the pencil icon in order to modify it and in the following window click on the menu button (the one with the 3 dots): one of the items is “All calls to voicemail” which is selected if the contact is blocked and unselected otherwise.
