How do I report a stolen FP 5 to Fairphone?

My Fairphone 5, which is only one year old, was stolen.
I have heard that Fairphone keeps a list of stolen devices. What is the best way to report it to them? The fields in the contact form are not really suitable.

Make sure to list the two IMEI numbers in your message to Fairphone Support.

If you still have the box your Fairphone 5 was delivered in, the IMEI numbers should be on a white sticker with these numbers and on your invoice.
