How do I get through to support, the line is engaged and the online form won’t accept my order number?

I suggest putting all the information that you’d put in the support form and e-mailing it to support@fairphone.com. This probably still works, though I don’t know if anybody has tried it recently. Note that response times by e-mail appear to be slow lately.
