How do i get the pictures from my fairphone

Hi, I try to get my pictures from my fairphone, but my computer doenst see ii :frowning: How can i getthe pictures on my computer?

Your system should be able to see your Fairphone as a camera by choosing ā€œPTPā€ when prompted after plugging in the cable.

There are several ways to exchange data between a computer and the device, using a usb cable should be the most straightforward.

If the fairphone appears in your ā€œComputerā€ (win7) but you donā€™t see the data drive under it, check if the usb cable is plugged completely in it.

If you have a case, remove it before plugging in the cable.
