How do i get the pictures from my fairphone

Hi, I try to get my pictures from my fairphone, but my computer doenst see ii :frowning: How can i getthe pictures on my computer?

Your system should be able to see your Fairphone as a camera by choosing “PTP” when prompted after plugging in the cable.

There are several ways to exchange data between a computer and the device, using a usb cable should be the most straightforward.

If the fairphone appears in your “Computer” (win7) but you don’t see the data drive under it, check if the usb cable is plugged completely in it.

If you have a case, remove it before plugging in the cable.
