Well… You supposed to write them an email or use their quick chat. Their phone lines were shut down.
The response time for emails is currently over a month, so chat is your only reasonable option
What exactly did you do and what kind of refund are you talking about?
In your screenshots there is something about switching from a FP5 to a Murena FP5, so did you install e/OS/ on your existing FP5? Did you buy a new FP5 with preinstalled e/OS/ from the Murena store or the Fairphone shop?

But I agree that using the chat might be the fastest way to get an answer from Fairphone if they are the right partner to talk with.

The phone is faulty and therefor not to my taste. I regret my purchase and would like to apple for the 14 day refund mentioned in the policy

Ive tried within their opening hours but nobody ever replied. I just kept staring at my own chat for hours

If yes, they will the date of your request to see if you are in time for a refund.
