How do i apply for a refund?

I,ive tried mail. Support. Chat. Phone number. No human has interacted with me.

How do i access the refund, promised in their contracts? Or is it a scam?

Well… You supposed to write them an email or use their quick chat. Their phone lines were shut down.

The response time for emails is currently over a month, so chat is your only reasonable option :confused:

What exactly did you do and what kind of refund are you talking about?

In your screenshots there is something about switching from a FP5 to a Murena FP5, so did you install e/OS/ on your existing FP5? Did you buy a new FP5 with preinstalled e/OS/ from the Murena store or the Fairphone shop?

Is the software up to date?

But I agree that using the chat might be the fastest way to get an answer from Fairphone if they are the right partner to talk with.

I bought fp5 with eos from fairphone.

The phone is faulty and therefor not to my taste. I regret my purchase and would like to apple for the 14 day refund mentioned in the policy

Do you have a ticket number?
If yes, they will the date of your request to see if you are in time for a refund.
