When I Restart my FP3 or it runs out of battery my home screen appears like default, being so much annoying, because I really use my home screen in order to have all organized.
Anyone had or have the same problem?
Do you have apps stored on an SD card? Are you on an unmodified Fairphone OS?
Otherwise: No, such things never happened to me.

Perhaps you could install another launcher and see if it makes a difference.
