Hello,
My home-screen grid from my new fariphone is 4x5 apps. I would like to change this to 6*7 (which on my old Samsung S10 with a smaller screen is possible). I’ve done some searching but I can’t find the option in settings, nor can I find any tutorial.
I assume I can’t change it, or am I just being a little bit stupid?

Welcome to the Fairphone Community Forum. 
I think you will need to switch to an alternative launcher for that, e.g. Nova Launcher or Lawnchair (just to mention frequently recommended ones).
P.S.: I just checked what’s available on the FP5 standard launcher in Settings > Wallpaper > Wallpaper and style – you can change the grid, but only to even even fewer apps: 3x3, 4x4 (default: 5x5).
