Yeah, I held on to my FP1U for quite a while, but not as long as to my first-ever cell phone, a SonyEricsson k700i – that almost reached the 10 year mark. Both the SE and the FP1U were still fully functional when I replaced them – but by 2021, the FP1’s Android 4.2.2 didn’t really allow much online use anymore 
It was about time for my current one, the FP3+
