Help building TWRP for the Fairphone 6

Hello friends!

I have been wanting to put TWRP on my FP6, after waiting a while and there still being no builds I figured id give it a go for myself using Online TWRP Builder - Hovatek.
I was able to build it successfully but sadly I have been unsuccessful in getting the touchscreen working.

Using this makefile, I have determined the touch drivers for my board platform are goodix_ts.ko, focaltech_fts.ko, eswin_ts.ko, and qts.ko. Adding these to the Touch Drivers field in the builder didn’t seem to do anything, and neither did adding them using patch.zip

If anyone could give me some advice into what im doing wrong I would be very grateful.

I’m mad you don’t have a response because I also want twrp for the fp6. I wish I could help, I’m sending you luck on getting it working.

Maybe @lucaweiss or @oli.sax have an idea as they worked on TWRP for FP5.

Hello!
I was able to build (on my PC) an existing port of TWRP for FP4/FP5, my aim was to do small changes to test features.
But I never built from scratch on a new device. And I have no experience with Hovatek builder.

Nevertheless I’ll be happy to help :slight_smile:
