Headset music audio

Hi
How do I connect and reconnect a BT headset with the advanced audio profile.
Before a factory reset this used to work outofthebox, Now it is a chance event. I have mono lowfi most of the time but every now and than I get good stereo. Jabra EVOLVE 65 here.

I repeat: this used to work. So it is not the headset.
