Haven't received (yet) camera replacement

My Fairphone 3 back camera after 2-3 years of usage become full of dust and photos quality decreased a lot. I decided to change camera module and I bought one from Faiphone online shop in August.
After a month I wrote to support because I hadn’t had any sign of life, and I still had none.
Then I wrote support again after another month, nothing again.
I’m very unconfortable to write this in the forum, I just hope this may bring my issue up to the attention of whom it concerns. Otherwise I feel like I just threw my money in the toilet.

Did you receive automatic replies with ticket numbers, confirmation or order?

I guess calling them might be a good idea, the forum is a user forum?

I am sorry to hear about your experience. Have you created an account on their website? What is the order status? Has it been shipped?

As @yvmuell mentioned, usually the email to the support generates an automatic ticket number.
