When such features exist i use then all the the time to make my battery last a very long time. Phones I used in the past may, in such modes; only allow certain apps to run, present the screen in black n white, restrict data aso.
An example is when i hike, i would have pictures of my maps (using the gallery app), i could receive calls, use a compass and maybe use an FM radio (signal received bu earphones) or play an MP3.
Has Android 15 on FP6 settings/modes to save energy?
There’s “Battery Saver” on the 2nd page of quick settings (so 2 swipes from the top, 1 leftwards).
You might also want to experiment with the SWITCH. You can customize in Settings which apps are “left” when the Switch is turned on.
