Is there anybody who can recommend a “green” mobile provider in Germany/Europe?

Keep in mind that “Handy” is a German marketing term for a mobile phone and English speakers might not know what you are talking about, unless they can get it from the context or encountered this German term before

Apparently WeeTell uses Vodaphone as well, so a good relation.

Not now but a Friend of mine and she is Very Happy.
I use WeTell. Well my company uses WeTell. My Sim Card from my work phone is from WeTell. I have been using this for a month now. I am very happy.

Hi,
I’m already with WEtell on two contracts. I was attracted by the 100% renewable energy and the privacy promises. The switch (from smartmobile) was completely smooth in both cases. They even have a Threema channel with very responsive support people. I can only recommend WEtell (planning to move the third contract as soon as possible).
