My microphone stopped working so I messaged Fairphone customer service and they sent me a new microphone module under warranty and I bought a new clear hard case.
I was worried I wouldn’t be able to repair the phone. But it was kind of like Lego. I swapped out the parts and turned it back on and it worked like a charm! I tested it and they could hear me great!
And the new clear case makes it feel like a whole new phone! No need to buy a new phone to “Stay fashionable”
What a wonderful Experience! I feel accomplished, relieved and resourceful!
