Hallo,

ich nutze mein Fairphone 3+ seit 3 Jahren und Android 13 ist bereits installiert. Gestern habe ich das Gerät aus der Tasche geholt und sah nur noch eine “graue Pixelwüste mit gelben, blauen und roten Tupfen” auf dem Display.

Ich konnte nur das Display ein- und ausschalten. Nach dem Akkuziehen und dem Drücken des Einschaltknopfes kommt die “Pixelwüste” innerhalb von 1-2 Sekunden zurück. Ich habe mehrfach den Akku erfolglos gezogen. Danach entfernte ich die SIM und Speicherkarte, versuchte es erneut, Fehler blieb. Nach 10-20 Minuten sah ich, dass ich mich am Gerät anmelden kann. Ich habe alle Daten gesichert, Akku gezogen, SIM eingelegt und nach einigen Versuchen, mit wiederholtem Akkuziehen, fuhr das Gerät hoch. Danach habe ich die Prozedur wiederholt und die Speicherkarte eingesetzt, nach mehreren Anläufen funktionierte das Gerät wieder.

Nach ca. 12-15 Stunden trat das Problem erneut auf, während ich einen Podcast über den Lautsprecher mir angehört habe. Das heißt, der Podcast lief, aber ich konnte das Display nicht bedienen. Nach dem Akkuziehen kriege ich das Gerät nicht mehr hochgefahren, nur die “Pixelwüste” wird angezeigt.

Jetzt stehe ich auf dem Schlauch. Ist es die Hardware? Ist es die Software? Gibt es noch weitere Ansätze zum Beheben des Problems, die ich noch nicht ausprobiert habe?

Angesichts der Beschreibung wage ich zu behaupten, dass ein Hardwareproblem des Displays nahe liegt. Mir fällt jetzt kein Softwareproblem ein, das das verursachen würde. Du könntest auf jeden Fall mal probieren das Display aus- und wieder einzubauen. Mit etwas Glück ist nur die Verbindung zwischen Core module und Display schuld.

Ansonsten könntest du mal in Erfahrung bringen, ob es in deiner Nähe einen Angel mit FP3 gibt, mit dem du dich treffen könntest um dein Gerät mit anderem Display zu testen.

Welcome to the Community Forum.

I strongly recommend you check if your display is firmly connected and that there are no gaps in between display and core module. If there are gaps, try to close them by pressing together display and core module at that spot.

You can also disassemble and reassemble the phone as described here (especially note the black font comment in Step 9):

das ist oft damit zu beheben, dass man mal den Rahmen rundrum zusammendrückt um sicher zu stellen, dass alle eingerastet ist und sonst mal auseinanderbauen, Kontakte reinigen und dann wieder zusammensetzen
