Ich nutze GMX-APP auf meinem FP4.
Seit einer Woche startet die APP nicht mehr.
Bei einer Neuinstallation der APP funktioniert sie, bis ich die APP schliesse. Dann kann ich die APP nicht mehr starten. Alle Updates sind aktuell und das Gerät wurde mehrfach neu gestartet.

The app has not started for a week now.
When I reinstall the app, it works until I close the app. Then I can no longer start the app. All updates are up to date and the device has been restarted several times.
obvious steps taken already, clear cache and data before uninstall/reinstall/restarting the app?
reading through the english google playstore comments of some (recent) they describe the exact same thing, app having stopped opening and working

this is the software industry
As you can see, support is really taking a long time. My GMX app still won’t start unless I log in again and again. Support only ever writes to me that they are working on it
I should find out more here in the community
All right, the app hasn’t worked for over a month now…
As already mentioned, the app works perfectly on my Nokia tablet.
Maybe think about the manufacturer next time you buy a new smartphone, I always had Nokia before…
you gotta be patient in the time range of weeks of not month(s) with fp support.
