Hopefully you’ve seen the blog post from Fairphone about the future support for the FP1(U) and their approach to software. I’m sure it will come as a disappointment to some that Fairphone haven’t been able to achieve what they set out to for the software side of things, which is what we’d started to suspect would be the case. @michaelp I think Android 4.3 bears the same difficulties as Android 4.4. We are still hoping, that at least an upgrade to Bluetooth LE emerges. (If you know someone who could be interested, consider forwarding the job offers.)
